Online Booking
We are pleased to offer patients the option of booking your non-urgent appointments online through OCEAN. You can now book some routine and followup visits through online booking, with a choice of either a phone or office consultation. We ask that you provide us with a brief description of the reason for your appointment when booking online. At this time, limited online booking is available only for patients of Dr. Evans, Dr. Hannon and Dr. Ramsaywak. This option may become available to patients of Dr. Taylor at some point in the future.
Please keep in mind that you will NOT be able to book same day or urgent appointments online, and instead will have to contact the office by phone so that we can better accommodate urgent issues.
This is a new venture for us, and there will likely be changes/modifications to the online booking process as we all learn how to best utilize this option. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding the booking process.
In the near future, we will also be able to provide patients with the option of emailing us any forms, reports, or pictures that may be helpful in addressing your medical issues/concerns.

OCEAN Communication Software
We now have a new email platform called OCEAN set up for our patients. This will allow for ONE-WAY email communication from our office to you. Through OCEAN we will be able to email you important updates regarding your healthcare, as well as send you any necessary requisitions, results or other secure messages. Please note that you WILL NOT be able to initiate contact with our office through OCEAN. Instead, you will have to phone our office directly with any new questions/concerns. There is no need for you to register for this new platform. As long as we have a valid email for you on file, we are already able to communicate with you directly via OCEAN. Be sure to check your email messages, as well as your junk file if you are expecting a message from our office. Please also keep us updated if your email address is changing. Please note that we are NOT currently accepting new patients at this time. Your doctors may however consider accepting a transfer of care for family members in limited circumstances. Speak with your doctor directly about this if inquiring.
