Clinic Policies
Please avoid using Walk-In Clinics for your medical care as we do not receive any information from these clinics when you or your family attend regarding your treatment or any investigations performed.
You must bring a valid health card to every visit. Health cards that have expired or are invalid will not be accepted under any circumstances and patients will be required to pay for their visit according to the Ontario Medical Association guidelines.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
We do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour towards our staff. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding verbal abuse, or any displays of aggression.
Any patients violating the above will immediately and permanently be asked to leave the Clinic and we will be unable to provide medical services in the future.
